You’re someone looking to build on your experience, and you’re excited by the prospect of getting in on the ground floor of an agency experiencing rapid growth.
But you also see through all of the “Marketing Bro” jargon, and you aren’t looking to sacrifice your quality of life to work for a company that equates success with burnout.

When it comes to skills, you’re a digital advertising nerd and can talk about it all day long. You geek out over algorithm changes and a kick ass site map.
You have experience with website upkeep, and you like to flex your creative muscles when it comes to building holistic digital marketing platforms.
What You'll Be Doing: Paid Ads Specialist
​Pay-Per-Click Advertising

Create and manage ongoing PPC campaigns to maximize client ROI

Build and/or advise on campaign landing pages
-
Follow and report on KPIs
-
Identify new PPC opportunities
-
Optimization of Landing Pages and CVR
Digital Support
-
Routine content management for existing websites (WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace)
-
Management of Google Analytics and reporting tools
-
Research and support for digital marketing strategy creation
-
Support the creation of digital marketing processes and SOPs

We are two friends who decided to come together and build a marketing firm dedicated to authentic communication, intentional inclusivity, and tailored solutions for our clients. We prefer happy hour meetings to 9-to-5 office days, and want to learn from the lessons the pandemic taught us when it comes to work culture (because seriously, who wants break room coffee when you can grab a pour over from Filtered?).

The Details
Requirements:

2-4 years of experience managing SEM and PPC campaigns

Google Ads & Google Search Certified
-
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field.

Shows initiative, Curious, Self-starter is a problem solver, and a team player.

Able to manage up, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.

Amazing communicator, Works well on a team and self-motivated
